Can I bring a guest with me?

Yes. Guests may join you in your private suite for an additional fee. Contact your local Melt Well to add a plus one.

How long is each session?
Contrast 60 minutes. Sauna 40 minutes. Cold plunge 3 to 6 minutes.

When do my sessions expire?
Packages and single sessions (outside of memberships) expire six months after purchase. Plenty of time to get your recovery in — but don’t wait too long, you’ll want to keep feeling the shift!

 How do you clean the sauna between each use?
Melt staff clean each sauna before and after every session. We use an essential oil solution to sanitize each unit. Towels are refreshed and sanitized between each client. Each sauna is created with untreated natural antimicrobial wood adding an extra layer of protection. Our saunas maintain a constant elevated temperature ensuring a clean and healthy session.

Our Clearlight saunas are full spectrum infrared.

 How do you clean the cold plunge and between each use?
Cold plunge tubs are maintained using UV, ozone, and fine filtration. Water quality is monitored daily, refreshed as needed, and tubs are fully drained and refilled multiple times per week. A minimum 10 minute cleaning cycle is allowed between sessions.

  Who should NOT use the sauna:
Under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, feeling unwell or feverish, or under medical supervision. After Botox, consult your provider and wait 36 to 48 hours before using the sauna.

 Who should NOT use the Cold Plunge:
People with pre-existing heart conditions should avoid extreme temperature swings

 How do I terminate my membership?
A 30 day written notice is appreciated. Contact your local Melt Well studio directly.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We get it — life happens! To avoid a possible late cancel fee, please cancel or call us at least six hours before your scheduled session.
