BEFORE
Proper Hydration is best for sauna use.
Bring a water bottle or purchase from a selection of water products at the studio.
Dress up (or down) to your comfort level. Your time will be spent in a private suite.
Arrive a few minutes early for a tour and introduction.

Once you check-in, you will be shown to your suite - The rest is up to you!

Your sauna is preheated to 140ºF and fully adjustable to your comfort level. (120º-165ºF)

AFTER
At the end of your session kindly bring your towels to the towel drop at the end of the sauna hall.
Experience our new Contrast Suite. Start with a hot infrared sauna session, usually around 30 minutes. After that jump into an ice cold tub for three to six minutes to trigger changes in the circulatory system. It is recommended to follow protocol in this specific order to prevent adverse effects with contrast therapy.
