Melt Well Raleigh January Giveaway - Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Melt Well Raleigh January Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by CW4 LLC, doing business as Melt Well Raleigh (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Facebook. Instagram and Meta do not administer entries or select winners.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and owners of Sponsor, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 AM Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Primary Entry Method
Participants may enter by completing the online entry form available on the Melt Well Raleigh website during the Entry Period. Required information includes:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Mobile phone number

Limit one (1) entry per person via the primary entry method. Eligibility Note: To be eligible to win, entrants must be following at least one of Sponsor’s official social media accounts (Instagram or Facebook) at the time winners are selected.

Optional Bonus Entry
Participants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by tagging one (1) friend in a designated Melt Well Raleigh Instagram giveaway post during the Entry Period. Tagging multiple friends will not result in additional entries beyond one bonus entry. The bonus entry is optional and not required to enter or win.

5. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

  • One (1) six-month membership (up to 8 sessions per month)

  • Two (2) three-month memberships (up to 8 sessions per month)

  • Six (6) one-month memberships (up to 8 sessions per month)

  • 30 single contrast therapy sessions

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about January 31, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email and/or SMS using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

9. Use of Information

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use the information provided for purposes of:

  • Administering the Sweepstakes

  • Contacting winners

  • Sending marketing, promotional, and informational communications related to Melt Well Raleigh, including but not limited to studio updates, services, events, memberships, and special offers. Participants may opt out of communications at any time.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications.

11. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
