1.Sponsor

The Melt Well Raleigh Monthly Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by CW4 LLC, doing business as Melt Well Raleigh ("Sponsor").

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

2.ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, owners, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3.ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes is conducted on an ongoing basis.

One winner will be selected approximately once per month. Entries received between the date of the previous drawing and 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the day before the next drawing will be eligible for the upcoming drawing.

Entries received after the applicable cutoff date will automatically be entered into the following drawing.

4.HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter by completing an official Melt Well Raleigh giveaway entry form online, via QR code, at a community event, or through another Sponsor-authorized entry method.

Required information includes:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Mobile Phone Number

Limit one (1) entry per person per drawing period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5.PRIZE

Each drawing will award:

One (1) Melt Well Raleigh One-Month Membership

Prize includes up to four (4) visits during a one-month membership period.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $139.

Prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6.WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One winner will be selected in a random drawing approximately once per month from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

The selected winner will be notified via email and/or SMS using the contact information provided at entry.

If a selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7.ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

8.NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

9.USE OF INFORMATION

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use the information provided for purposes of:

• Administering the Sweepstakes
• Contacting winners
• Sending marketing, promotional, and informational communications related to Melt Well Raleigh, including studio updates, services, memberships, events, and special offers

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10.GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications.

11.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12.GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
