This is our go to starting point for your first session:
HEAT: 40 minute infrared sauna
Add Red Light: 20 minutes during your session to support recovery and cellular repair
RESET: Rinse in the Vitamin C shower or use body wipes before your plunge
COLD: 3–6 minute cold plunge
Repeat if you feel good.
Most clients start with one round and build from there.
